Eligibility
Directions 2011 attendance is restricted to Microsoft employees and employees of Microsoft Registered, Certified or Gold Partners who are either ISV's or otherwise authorized to sell and/or support Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Individuals who do not meet the above criteria cannot be permitted to register for this conference. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, you will forfeit the registration fee.
Expo Only Passes
You may register for the Expo only, which will allow you to staff your tabletop exhibit at the Welcome Reception and Expo Reception. Expo Only Pass is not eligible to attend sessions, Partner Celebration, or Conference meals.
Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail and sent to Directions Treasurer Katherine Turner-Lawrence. Cancellation notifications received on or before midnight PST, Sunday, September 11, 2011 will receive a refund less a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after this date and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted.
Substitutions
Your Directions 2011 registration can be changed to another attendee by e-mailing directions@navdirections.com prior to midnight PST, Monday, October 10, 2011. The substitution request must be received in writing for the change to be confirmed.
Guest Passes
We are delighted to offer guest passes to Directions 2011 social events. Guests are encouraged to join in the fun and tickets may be purchased online or at the event; unless the event sells out. Please note that Directions 2011 guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event. The guest pass entitles the holder to admission to all three Directions 2011 evening events listed below.
- Welcome Reception and Expo, Wednesday, October 12
- Expo Reception, Thursday, October 13
- Partner Celebration, Friday, October 14
