Simply choose your preferred registration for Directions 2011 and register online. Reserving your room at The Peabody Orlando must be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-PEABODY (1-800-732-2639) or 407-345-4488 and identifying yourself as a Directions 2011 attendee. See details about hotel reservations and the special room rates.
Once you have registered, you will be able to view and change registration information by logging in to Directions 2011 registration site using the user name and password you entered at the time of registration.
Directions 2011 Full Conference Registration includes attendance at all general sessions, keynotes, training sessions, Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and Partner Celebration. Full registrations also include daily breakfasts, lunches and morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the Conference. Expo-Only Passes provide access to the Welcome Reception and Expo Reception only and do not include keynotes, general sessions, Partner Celebration or Conference meals. Guest tickets include entrance to Expo Reception, Welcome Reception and the Partner Celebration only. Registrations for the Golf Tournament include greens fees, golf cart, transportation to and from the course, breakfast and lunch.
The special Directions 2011 room rates at the Peabody Hotel are available for three days prior to the event and three days after the end of the Conference. See hotel reservations information.
Tickets for the Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and the Partner Celebration are available for purchase on the Registration site and at the Registration Desk during the Conference. See registration information.
Directions 2011 Registration hours are as follows:
- Wednesday, October 12, noon to 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 13, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 14, 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 15, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
As a full Conference attendee you will receive breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon breaks. The Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and the Partner Celebration include both food and beverage service.
Networking will be available throughout the Conference, particularly at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, the Expo Reception on Thursday, the Partner Celebration on Friday, and the Golf Tournament on Wednesday. See a full schedule.
Internet service will be available without charge throughout the Conference sessions. As a guest of The Peabody Orlando you will have access for one guest to the hotel's wireless high-speed Internet service. (Additional wireless access is available for $2.95 per guest, per day.) As a guest of The Peabody Orlando, you will have access to the Business Service Center throughout your stay.
A number of the Session Tracks will offer CPE credits. Please refer to the specific track descriptions for those that are CPE approved. See a list of CPE-Credit sessions.
Business casual is the accepted attire throughout the Conference, with dressy casual for the Partner Celebration.
