Help us make Directions 2011 a huge success.
Directions is primarily a volunteer event that is directed and staffed by volunteers from throughout the NAV Community. Thanks to the support of Partners like you, Directions continues to be a thriving and growing event. We invite you to join us by volunteering your skills and participating at all levels of activity.
Some of the exciting volunteer opportunities that need your talent and help include:
First Annual "Directions Innovator of the Year Award"
We're launching a new award to recognize those Partners and ISVs who think out of the box and push the envelope with creative breakthrough solutions to customer challenges. This project will require both promotional and logistical skills and activities. We may have a small team that works on this - we want to create an event and award that has prestige and distinction so that any member of the channel would be honored to win it.Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Bring your creative ideas for energetic and exciting opening and closing ceremonies for the conference. We need creative thinking, communication of ideas, planning and coordination of activities and / or staging elements to produce our own brand of fun and enthusiasm.Live Video Feeds from the Conference
Have you always longed to be paparazzi, if even for a few days? Well here’s your chance! We provide the camera; you capture the vibe of Directions 2011as it unfolds and post it to YouTube throughout the day.
We have pages... now we need to create a buzz, get people talking, post some interesting content, observations, questions, etc. If you are fb fluent, this should be a piece of cake and fun too.Online Survey
Help us understand the perception our attendees, sponsors, ISVs and exhibitors have of Directions 2011, its value, what we do well and what we could do better. This project will require creation of appropriate survey questions, coordination of the logistics relative to the distribution and collection of the survey, and tabulation of the results.
